When you submit a flight inquiry through BestBusinessClass.com, your contact information and travel requirements are received by LUX Services LLC and may be processed or followed up on using either brand. This is an internal workflow within a single legal entity — it is not a disclosure or transfer of your data to a separate or unaffiliated company. LUX Services LLC remains the sole data controller of your information at all times.

We may also share your personal information across these internal brands for shared service functions such as IT infrastructure, customer support, finance, and compliance, all of which remain within LUX Services LLC.

13.7 Professional Advisers
