5. Booking Process

5.1 Fare Quotes and Availability

Fare quotes provided by BestBusinessClass.com are based on real-time availability at the time of the quote and are subject to change without notice. A fare quote is not a guarantee of price or availability until your booking has been fully confirmed and tickets have been issued. Airfares are highly dynamic and may change due to airline pricing adjustments, inventory updates, currency fluctuations, or changes in taxes and surcharges.

5.2 Confirmation and Ticketing

Your booking is considered confirmed only after we have received your full payment, verified your passenger information, and issued your airline ticket(s). You will receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference number(s), e-ticket number(s), and complete itinerary details. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

5.3 Accuracy of Passenger Information

You are solely responsible for providing accurate passenger information, including but not limited to full legal names (as they appear on government-issued identification or passports), dates of birth, passport numbers, and contact details. Name corrections or changes after ticketing may incur substantial fees from the airline and may not always be possible. BestBusinessClass.com shall not be held liable for any costs, penalties, or travel disruptions resulting from inaccurate passenger information provided by you.

6. General Rules and Conditions

The following general rules and conditions apply to all bookings made through BestBusinessClass.com:

  • Name Changes: Name changes on airline tickets are generally not permitted after ticketing. Please ensure all passenger names are accurate and match government-issued identification exactly at the time of booking.
  • Processing Fees: A processing fee of $250 per person will be charged for all cancellations and exchanges where the applicable fare rules allow such changes, in addition to any fees imposed by the airline carrier.
  • Cancellation Credits: In the event of a cancellation, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, a credit will be provided towards a future international business class or first class ticket of equal or greater value, valid for twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation.
  • No-Show Policy: Tickets for passengers who fail to show for their flight ("No-Show") cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Schedule Changes: Please check your email regularly for any schedule change notifications from us or the airline. You are responsible for verifying your flight details at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled departure.
  • Failure to Use Reservation: Failure to use any portion of your reservation may result in the automatic cancellation of all continuing and/or return flights on that itinerary.
  • Sequential Use: Airline tickets must be used in the sequence shown on the ticket. Out-of-sequence use may result in the airline cancelling the remaining segments.
  • International Check-In: For all international flights, passengers must check in at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Airline Conditions: All airlines are subject to their published conditions of carriage and may adjust schedules, aircraft, routing, or seating at any time without notice.
  • Schedule Change Liability: BestBusinessClass.com is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes we are made aware of.
  • Ticket Guarantee: If your ticket is not honored by the airline through no fault of your own, contact your BestBusinessClass.com agent immediately. Your ticket is guaranteed up to the amount you paid. BestBusinessClass.com will replace the ticket within twenty-four (24) hours or offer a full refund of all monies paid.

7. Baggage Allowance

Baggage policies are determined by the individual airline carriers and may vary by carrier, route, fare class, and frequent flyer status. Please be aware of the following:

  • Extra fees may be charged by the airline if your baggage exceeds the weight, size, or number of pieces permitted under the applicable fare rules.
  • Some airlines do not include any free checked baggage allowance, even in premium cabin fare classes.
  • Baggage policies are subject to change at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to confirm the current baggage allowance with your airline before travel.

8. Frequent Traveler Points

Please be advised that airline miles, frequent flyer points, and upgrade certificates may not apply to flights booked through BestBusinessClass.com. Mileage accrual is determined by the airline and may not apply to all ticket types, fare classes, or booking codes. If earning frequent flyer miles or points is important to you, please discuss this with your BestBusinessClass.com agent before completing your booking.

9. Supplier Rules and Restrictions

In addition to these Terms, additional terms and conditions may apply from the airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers whose services are booked through BestBusinessClass.com. By making a booking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier(s), including payment of all amounts due.

  • BestBusinessClass.com and/or the supplier reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely manner.
  • The supplier may require a valid credit card or cash deposit at the time of check-in for incidentals, which is separate from and unrelated to any payment made to BestBusinessClass.com.
  • Certain third-party suppliers may require you to sign liability waivers or other agreements before providing services.
  • Violation of any supplier's rules or conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation, denied access to services, and/or forfeiture of any monies paid.

10. Travel Destinations and Visa Requirements

International travel requires a valid passport. Some countries also require visas, health cards, or other documentation for entry. It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents are obtained and valid before departure.

  • Transit visas may be required for layovers or connections in certain countries, including those within the Schengen Zone.
  • Contact the embassy or consulate of each country on your itinerary for the most up-to-date entry requirements.
  • One-way international travel may have special documentation requirements that differ from round-trip travel.
  • Non-U.S. passport holders should contact the appropriate embassies and consulates for entry requirements specific to their nationality.

For U.S. passport and visa information, contact the U.S. Department of State at 202-647-5225 or visit https://www.state.gov/.

We strongly recommend that you review all applicable travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant government authorities before booking international travel. Useful resources include:

BestBusinessClass.com does not represent or warrant that travel to any particular destination is advisable or without risk and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

11. Pricing and Payment

11.1 Currency and Pricing

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include the base fare and applicable taxes and surcharges known at the time of quotation. Additional taxes, fees, or surcharges may apply depending on the specific routing, airline(s), and applicable government regulations.

11.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. Debit cards, bank wire transfers, and other payment methods may also be available as specified during the booking process. All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment systems.

11.3 When Payment Is Due

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For certain bookings, we may offer payment plans or hold periods at our discretion. Failure to submit payment within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking and the loss of the quoted fare.

11.4 Service Fees

BestBusinessClass.com may charge service fees for booking facilitation, changes, cancellations, and other ancillary services. All applicable service fees will be disclosed to you before you finalize your booking. Service fees are separate from airline-imposed charges and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

11.5 Taxes and Surcharges

Airline tickets are subject to various government taxes, airport fees, fuel surcharges, and carrier-imposed charges. These charges are set by the airlines and governmental authorities and are beyond our control. Any changes in taxes or surcharges between the time of quotation and ticketing will be passed through to you.

11.6 Credit Card Authorization & Verification

Your credit card will be authorized at the time you accept these Terms & Conditions and submit payment for your booking. A verifiable billing address is required for all credit card transactions. High-risk transactions may require additional verification, including but not limited to proof of identity, billing address confirmation, or cardholder authorization. Any transaction determined to be fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Phone transactions may be recorded for quality assurance and security purposes. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours. Please note that submitting your credit card information does not guarantee ticketing, and bookings and fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.

11.7 Bank & Foreign Transaction Fees

Your bank or credit card issuer may charge currency conversion fees for transactions processed in a currency other than your card's default currency. Foreign transaction fees may also apply. Please contact your bank or card issuer directly for information about any applicable fees.

12. Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

12.1 24-Hour Free Cancellation

In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, you may cancel your booking within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the booking was made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled departure date. This right applies regardless of whether the ticket is refundable or non-refundable.

12.2 General Exchange & Cancellation Rules

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the following rules apply:

  • All tickets are non-reroutable and non-transferable.
  • A BestBusinessClass.com processing fee will be charged for all refund and exchange processing, in addition to any airline penalties or fare differences.
  • Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • NO-SHOW tickets (passengers who fail to check in for their flight) will not be processed for refund or exchange.
  • All exchanges are subject to any applicable fare difference between the original and new itinerary.
  • Cancellation of a booking does not automatically result in a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable airline fare rules.
  • Exchanges may only be made before the original departure date.

12.3 Discounted Fare Restrictions

Discounted and promotional fares typically carry more restrictive conditions and are often non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you prefer greater flexibility, please ask your BestBusinessClass.com agent about less restrictive fare options at the time of booking. Airlines determine fare restrictions and conditions, and BestBusinessClass.com cannot override airline-imposed rules.

12.4 Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within seven (7) business days for credit card purchases and twenty (20) business days for cash or check purchases, in accordance with DOT regulations. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund to your account.

12.5 Non-Refundable Tickets

Many discounted business class and first class fares are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation period. For non-refundable tickets, the airline may issue a credit for future travel, subject to the airline's specific policies and any applicable change fees. BestBusinessClass.com service fees are non-refundable for non-refundable ticket cancellations.

12.6 Force Majeure

Neither BestBusinessClass.com nor the applicable airline shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, or severe weather conditions. In such events, we will work diligently with the airline to assist you with rebooking or obtaining any refunds or credits available under the airline's force majeure policy.

13. Ticket Delivery

All tickets issued by BestBusinessClass.com are electronic tickets (e-tickets). Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provide during the booking process. Your confirmation email will include your ticket number(s) and reservation confirmation number(s). Please retain this information for your records and present it at the airport during check-in.

14. Credit Card Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact BestBusinessClass.com directly at (888) 851-6897 or hello@bestbusinessclass.com before filing a dispute with your credit card company. BestBusinessClass.com is committed to working with you to resolve any concerns in a fair and timely manner.

BestBusinessClass.com retains the right to dispute any improper chargeback and to fully cancel any booking associated with an improper chargeback. A chargeback may be considered improper in the following circumstances:

  • Non-cancellable bookings where a refund is not possible under the applicable fare rules.
  • Charges authorized by family members, friends, or associates who had access to your credit card.
  • An airline's failure to deliver services consistent with the description provided at the time of booking.
  • Events caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond BestBusinessClass.com's control.
  • Travel services or products that were fully or partially used by the cardholder or passenger.

BestBusinessClass.com may use recorded phone calls and other documentation to dispute chargebacks. By purchasing travel through BestBusinessClass.com, you authorize LUX Services LLC to charge back to your credit card any amounts resulting from an improper chargeback, as well as any chargeback fees incurred from rejected disputes.

16. Warsaw Convention and Montreal Convention

If your journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention may apply to your entire journey, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. These international treaties, along with special contracts of carriage embodied in applicable tariffs, may govern and limit the liability of the airline carrier for death or bodily injury, loss of or damage to baggage, and delay.

17. Notice of Liability Limitations

The following liability limitations may apply to your air transportation:
